▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing ultraviolet curable graphene dispersion comprises: (i) adding anhydrous solvent-A and functional monomer 1,4-butanediol diacrylate into a reaction vessel, stirring, dissolving acetonitrile palladium-diimine catalyst in anhydrous solvent-A, reacting by chain transfer polymerization, adding acidified methanol solution to terminate the reaction, purifying to obtain copolymer; and (ii) mixing the copolymer and graphite with organic solvent-B to obtain graphite mixed solution, sonicating the graphite mixture to obtain graphene dispersion, subjecting to low-speed centrifugal treatment. USE - The method is useful in preparing ultraviolet curable graphene dispersion (claimed) for preparing flexible electronic device, energy storage material, sensing device and functional conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple with mild reaction conditions, has high quality, low defect and long-term stability of the dispersion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing ultraviolet curable graphene dispersion comprises: (i) adding anhydrous solvent-A and 0.2-0.9 mol/ml functional monomer 1,4-butanediol diacrylate into a reaction vessel under ethylene gas protection, stirring at 15-35 degrees C for 5-30 minutes, dissolving 0.00001-0.1 mmol/ml acetonitrile palladium-diimine catalyst in anhydrous solvent-A, reacting at 15-35 degrees C for 12-96 hours with ethylene pressure of 0.1-6 atm, where ethylene and 1,4-butanediol diacrylate were catalyzed by acetonitrile-based palladium-diimine catalyst, the reaction product was obtained by chain transfer polymerization, after the stirring reaction was completed, adding 1-10% acidified methanol solution into the reaction solution to terminate the reaction, purifying the reaction product to obtain acryloyl grafted hyperbranched polyethylene copolymer; and (ii) mixing 0.1-1000 mg/ml resultant acryloyl-grafted hyperbranched polyethylene copolymer and 0.1-1000 mg/ml graphite with organic solvent-B to obtain graphite mixed solution, sonicating the resultant graphite mixture to obtain graphene dispersion, subjecting to low-speed centrifugal treatment.
