▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Transferring molecular material to surface comprises mixing (20) either the molecular material or precursor of the molecular material with matrix material to produce a mixture, heating the mixture to melt (22) the matrix material in the mixture, solidifying (24) the mixture, turning the mixture into powder mixture, transferring (30) the powder mixture to substrate, and sublimating (32) the matrix material out of the powder mixture on the substrate so that only the molecular material remains. The method further comprises performing cyclodehydrogenation after sublimating the matrix material to form spatially isolated graphene nanoribbons (GNDs). The method mixing the molecular material or precursor of the molecular material with matrix material comprises: mixing the molecular material or a precursor of the molecular material with pyrene. USE - The method is useful for transferring molecular material to surface that employs matrix material, where the substrate is semiconductor wafer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to transfer molecular samples to substrate that employs matrix material, and structures remain isolated and do not form amorphous aggregate structures, allowing for cleaner and more accurate characterizations. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene nanoribbon structure. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows flowchart of method of transferring molecular structures to substrate. 20Mix sample and matrix material 22Melt matrix material 24Solidify mixture, 30Transfer powder mixture to substrate 32Sublimate matrix
