▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene field emission cathode comprises a conductive substrate and a graphene/nano metal composite layer bonded to a surface of the conductive substrate. The graphene / nano metal composite layer comprises a graphene layer. A metal nanomaterial layer bonded to graphene layer. The metal nanomaterial layer is arranged on the surface of the graphene layer facing away from the conductive substrate, where the material of the metal nanomaterial layer includes metal nanoparticles and the work function of the metal nanoparticle is less than or equal to 4.5 eV. USE - Used as a graphene field emission cathode. ADVANTAGE - The cathode significantly reduces opening electric field of graphene cathode by disposing low work function metal nanoparticles on graphene surface; increases field emission current density and improves current emission stability of graphene field emission cathodes.
