NOVELTY - Dyeing and finishing spandex article using graphene comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide dye including preparing a graphene oxide dispersion solution by mixing organic solvent system and graphene oxide dispersion and stirring uniformly; (ii) de-oiling the spandex product and using a spandex degreaser for oil removal treatment, where the dosage of spandex product is 1-5 kg/l, then soaking the spandex in the spandex degreaser and boiling at 100 degrees C for 1-2 hours; (iii) dyeing the spandex product with a graphene oxide dye solution; and (iv) subjecting the treated spandex product to reduction treatment. USE - The method is useful for dyeing and finishing spandex article using graphene.
