NOVELTY - A foam with attached purification material is prepared by adding graphene into water and sodium silicate solution, ultrasonically dispersing, standing to obtain mixed solution A, adding diatomite, sepiolite powder, lithium carbonate and oxalic acid into stirring kettle, stirring to obtain mixed solution B, mixing mixed solutions, putting into high speed stirring kettle, stirring, ultrasonically dispersing, drying, calcining, grinding, processing, mixing with foaming polymer, foaming agent and water, placing into mold, foaming and curing, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Method for preparing foam with attached purification material (claimed) used in purification device. ADVANTAGE - The method uses graphene, diatomite and sepiolite with natural absorbing characteristic combination, and obtains strong absorbing capacity and speed purification material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A foam with attached purification material is prepared by adding graphene into water and sodium silicate solution, ultrasonically dispersing at 24-33 degrees C for 10-20 minutes at 10-25 kHz, standing for 2-6 hours to obtain mixed solution A, adding diatomite, sepiolite powder, lithium carbonate and oxalic acid into stirring kettle, stirring for 10-15 minutes at speed of 400-600 revolutions/minute (rpm) to obtain mixed solution B, mixing mixed solutions, putting into high speed stirring kettle, stirring for 1-2 hours at speed of 2000-3000 rpm to obtain mixed solution C, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-100 minutes at 50-90 kHz, drying to water content of less than 5%, calcining, grinding to obtain powder of purification material, processing into granular at 200-800 mu m, mixing with foaming polymer, foaming agent and water to obtain mixed liquid, placing into mold, foaming and curing to obtain block-shaped foam object, and cooling to room temperature.
