NOVELTY - Preparing composite thin film electromagnetic protective material based on MXene-reduced graphene oxide comprises (a) preparing multi-layer titanium carbide powder a single-layer titanium carbide colloidal solution, (b) taking graphene oxide powder, dispering in absolute ethanol solution, preparing graphene oxide suspension and graphene oxide powder, where the ratio of the ethanol solution is 1:50-55 and (c) taking titanium carbide colloidal solution, mixing, reacting with graphene oxide suspension and colloidal solution, where the volume ratio of graphene suspension is 1:0.88-2.6, vacuum filtering to form film, placing film between a quartz glass sheet and performing high temperature annealing to obtain composite film electromagnetic protective material based on MXene-reduced graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite thin film electromagnetic protective material based on MXene-reduced graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts MXene with certain reducing performance and graphene oxide with certain oxidizing performance to carry out spontaneous redox reaction to obtain MXene with moderate conductivity; improves the electromagnetic wave absorption of the material; improves the electromagnetic protection performance and enhances mechanical and electromagnetic performance.
