▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing zirconium oxide powder and carbon black powder according to mass ratio of 3:1 to obtain mixture of zirconium oxide and carbon black. The mixture of zirconium oxide and carbon black is put into a filter paper hot pressing mold for filtering. The mixture is put into a vacuum hot pressing box for hot pressing forming to obtain hot pressing forming piece. The carbon black in the hot pressing forming piece is converted into graphene by multiple discharge impact of electric heating system. The joule heat processing is used to weld the graphene and the zirconium oxide. USE - The method is useful for processing device with ultrahigh thermal conductivity and high toughness. The device is useful for radiating and anti-falling of mobile phone and computer. ADVANTAGE - The method overcomes the problem that the graphene and zirconium oxide powder are not firmly combined, enhances and combines the material performance after welding with the original performance. The device (e.g. mobile phone backboard and so on) can be suitable for radiating and anti-falling of mobile phone, computer and solves the problem of bad radiation e.g. mobile phone, computer and easy to fall.
