NOVELTY - Preparing graphene multifunctional acrylic fiber involves performing surface modification of graphene and functional nanoparticles by dispersing graphene and functional nanoparticles in isopropanol solvent, and then adding dropwise silane coupling agent for surface modification to obtain surface-modified graphene and functional nanoparticles. The preparation of graphene multifunctional acrylic spinning solution by dissolving the polyacrylonitrile powder in an organic solvent, then add alkyl silicone oil and obtained surface-modified graphene and functional nanoparticles, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a graphene multifunctional acrylic spinning solution. The graphene multifunctional acrylic spinning solution is formed by wet spinning to obtain graphene multifunctional acrylic fibers. USE - Method for preparing graphene multifunctional acrylic fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene multifunctional acrylic fiber which is significantly improves the dispersion effect of graphene and functional nanoparticles in the polyacrylonitrile spinning stock, and uniformity, makes the effects of graphene and functional nanoparticles durable and stable.
