▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The loaded body has: a sputtering source which comprises a vacuum container and a target that serves as a cathode, and which performs magnetron sputtering by unit of pulse discharge, and generates a plasma; a pulse power supply which supplies pulsed electric power to the sputtering source; a first inert gas supply unit which supplies a first inert gas to the sputtering source; a nanocluster growth cell which is contained within the vacuum container; and a second inert gas introduction unit which introduces a second inert gas into the nanocluster growth cell. when nanoclusters are produced in a vapor phase using a nanocluster generating device equipped with the above, and the nanoclusters are supported on a carrier, a large number of carriers are rolled in a vapor phase and a large number of the nanoclusters are sprinkled on the carriers, and having each of the carriers loaded with a large number of the nanoclusters. The carrier has a structure in which graphene sheets are laminated. USE - The loaded body is used as a catalyst, platinum catalyst for a fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - In the loaded body, nanoclusters are formed in a vapor phase with use of a nanocluster production unit. The loaded body can control the size and shape of nanoclusters, express the activity of the nanoclusters carried on the carrier, attach the nanoclusters to the carrier, and reduce the size of nanoclusters. The activity of the catalyst is not easily reduced. The loaded body greatly improves performance of the fuel, excellent activity expression and high-density loading of nanoclusters on the carrier surface. The loaded body can distribute nanoclusters on the surface of each carrier so that the distributed state becomes substantially uniform at a desired density, and realize a supported state directly bonded to the carrier.
