NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene comprises preparing 1-10 mg/mL graphene oxide in ammonia water solution, sonicating at 5-75 degrees C for 15-360 minutes, centrifuging at 1000-7000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 5-15 minutes, washing for 5-10 times, and drying for 12-24 hours at 45-60 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has reduced energy consumption and production cost.
