▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing tin disulfide (SnS2) nano plate reduced graphene oxide (RGO) composite material comprises e.g. (i) taking graphene oxide in deionized water, using ultrasonic dispersing to obtain a solution, using tin salts, dissolving in acid solution and forming a colorless transparent solution, then adding aqueous solution of graphene oxide, stirring uniformly, (ii) adding acetyl thiourea, then stirring, (iii) transferring into reaction kettle, placing into muffle furnace, cooling the mixture using ice water, (iv) purifying with ethanol, washing, placing into vacuum drying box and drying. USE - The composite material is useful for improving specific capacitance of battery and reducing circulation loss rate of tin disulfide nano plate reduced graphene oxide composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing tin disulfide (SnS2) nano plate reduced graphene oxide (RGO) composite material comprises (i) taking specific amount of graphene oxide in deionized water, using ultrasonic dispersing to obtain a solution, using specific amount of tin salts, dissolving in acid solution of specific concentration and forming a colorless transparent solution, then adding aqueous solution of graphene oxide, stirring uniformly, (ii) taking resulting black solution, adding specific amount of acetyl thiourea then continuously stirring, (iii) using resulting solution transferring into a reaction kettle, then placing into muffle furnace, after completing the reaction at the specific temperature, taking out, cooling the mixture rapidly using ice water, (iv) taking resulting black precipitate, purifying with ethanol, then washing with deionized water for 3 times, placing into vacuum drying box, carrying out drying at 60 degrees C for 5 hours to obtain tin disulfide nano plate reduced graphene oxide composite material.
