▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene iron-based composite material comprises cutting 316 L stainless steel into 15 mmx 15 mmx 3 mm metal plates, and pretreating surface using corundum gauze for 1.5-2.5 hours; cutting and polishing 3-5 mm thick ceramic sheet into 2-5 pieces 15x 15 mm sample, and polishing one side with 40-200 mesh sandpaper for 1-3 hours; putting 316 L stainless steel to induction heating machine, placing ceramic sheet with unpolished side facing down, adding graphite powder, putting another ceramic sheet on graphite powder with unpolished side facing up, and heating; putting heated graphite and potassium ferrate into polyurethane ball mill tank, adding 3 mm, 5 mm and 7 mm zirconium balls, adding deionized water, heating, wet ball milling at speed of 330-400 revolutions/minute for 20-30 hours, transferring mixed powder to oven, and vacuum drying; and adding to polyurethane ball milling tank, and dry ball milling at speed of 350-400 revolutions/minute for 40-48 hours. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene iron-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method converts graphite to single-layer or thin-layer graphene oxide.
