NOVELTY - Preparation of environmentally-friendly rubber reinforcing agent involves removing mechanical impurities from paint slag, mixing the paint slag with fly ash, sending the mixture into a high-temperature furnace to heat to be not less than 800℃, maintaining for not less than 2 hours, naturally cooling and cooling to room temperature, taking out, mixing with white carbon black and graphene at a high speed, ball-milling for 2-4 hours using a ball mill, and sieving. USE - Preparation of environmentally-friendly rubber reinforcing agent used in automobile industry. ADVANTAGE - The method will recycle paint slag, the recycling process is environmentally-friendly, simple and feasible, less production cost, excellent development prospect, and economical and effective method is provided for recycling the paint slag.
