NOVELTY - Preparing electrostatically absorbing slurry made of graphene carbon nanotube material comprises weighing required amount of small layers of graphene, carbon nanotubes and carbon black based on the ratio, adding solvent, acidic reagent, film forming material, dispersing agent to form mixed liquid, mechanically dispersing for period of time until mixture is not stratified and dispersing at high speed for two hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing electrostatically absorbing slurry made of graphene carbon nanotube material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene carbon nanotubes: has low production cost, improves antistatic property of heating film and reduces content of graphene.
