▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A sequential exfoliation of graphite involves creating 1st suspension of graphitic material in 1st liquid, treating 1st suspension in flow treatment, centrifuging 1st suspension to create supernatant and sediment, separating supernatant from sediment, dispersing sediment in 2nd liquid to create 2nd suspension, sonicating 2nd suspension, centrifuging 2nd suspension, separating 2nd suspension into 2nd supernatant and 2nd sediment, recovering greater than or equal to 1 graphene flake having thickness of 1-3 graphene layers from supernatant, and dispersing sediment in 3rd liquid to create suspension for recirculation. USE - A sequential exfoliation of graphite for production of graphene flakes. ADVANTAGE - Sensitivity to ultrasound is increased. Quadrupled graphene yield is achieved through introducing chaotic flow pretreatment. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram of the production of dog-eared particles by processing pristine graphite particles with chaotic flow induced collisions.
