▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A multifunctional coating comprises nano tin(IV)oxide powder and 0-30 %mass (excluding 0) graphene. USE - Multifunctional coating used in semiconductor photocatalysts to treat air pollution or water pollution and used for strain sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multifunctional coating has improved photocatalytic performance and strain-sensitive properties and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the multifunctional coating, which involves soaking graphene nanosheets or graphene oxide in water, ultrasonically processing for 1-2 hours to form uniform graphene dispersion, soaking nano tin(IV)oxide powder in water, ultrasonically processing for 1-2 hours to form tin(IV)oxide dispersion, mixing uniform graphene dispersion and tin(IV)oxide dispersion to obtain mixed solution, adding hydrazine hydrate to reduce graphene oxide to obtain tin(IV)oxide/reduced graphene oxide mixture, spraying mixture onto the substrate using spraying device, and drying at 70-90 degrees C; and (2) usage method of the multifunctional coating, which involves spraying coating on substrate coated with styrene-acrylic emulsion, energizing at both ends of the coating, and detecting the change in the coating resistance in the substrate stress.
