NOVELTY - A coating comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises 15-20 pts. wt. hydrovinylated graphene oxide, 70-80 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester resin, 5-10 pts. wt. polythiophene, 10-20 pts. wt. conductive filler, 15-30 pts. wt. active diluted monomer, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.3-2 pts. wt. defoamer and 0-10 pts. wt. functional additive. The component (B) comprises 2-3 pts. wt. white water and 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. blue water. The hydrovinylated graphene oxide is prepared by adding 15-20 pts. wt. aminated graphene oxide and 40-60 pts. wt. organic solvent to a reactor and then heating at 40-80 degrees C, adding 5-10 pts. wt. glycidyl methacrylate to the mixture and then continuously reacting at 40-80 degrees C for 2-4 hours, cooling to room temperature and then filtering, washing the filtrate and drying. USE - Coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent hardness, electrical conductivity, wear resistance and mechanical properties.
