NOVELTY - Long wave flexible infrared detector at room temperature comprises a flexible substrate material, an interdigital gold electrode layer prepared on the flexible substrate material, a single-layer graphene layer prepared on the interdigital gold electrode layer, and a titanium(III) oxide photosensitive layer prepared on the single-layer graphene layer. USE - Long wave flexible infrared detector at room temperature. ADVANTAGE - The detector realizes detection of 4.5-10 microns long wave infrared light, realizes long wave infrared detector of a room temperature working mechanism, and improves response and response speed index. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included of a method for preparing long wave flexible infrared detector at room temperature, which involves (A) obtaining flexible substrate material; (B) orderly cleaning the flexible substrate material in the detergent, acetone, ethanol and de-ionized water; (C) drying the flexible substrate material after cleaning; (D) preparing interdigital gold electrode layer on the dried flexible substrate material; (E) preparing a single-layer graphene layer on the interdigital gold electrode layer; and (F) dispersing the titanium(III)oxide nanoparticles on the graphene layer after dispersing in the ethanol solution to obtain the flexible infrared detector.
