▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous anti-icing coating comprises component A and component B with a mass ratio of 5-7:1, where the component A comprises 30-40 pts. wt. aqueous fluorocarbon resin, 5-10 pts. wt. matt resin, 5-10 pts. wt. polycarbonate polyurethane dispersion, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. bentonite, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 15-25 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 5-10 pts. wt. kaolin, 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. bactericide, 3-5 pts. wt. hydrophobic auxiliary agent, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.2-2 pts. wt. nano-filler, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. pigment and 5-15 pts. wt. ionized water, and the component B is isocyanate curing agent. USE - The method is useful for aqueous anti-icing coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high cross-linking density, excellent wear resistance and aging resistance; and avoids water adhesion or even freezing on wind turbine blades. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (i) subjecting deionized water, wetting agent, dispersant, antifoaming agent, bentonite, bactericide, pigment, kaolin, titanium pigment and nano-filler to first mixing process to obtain water slurry; (ii) subjecting aqueous fluorocarbon resin, matt resin, polycarbonate polyurethane dispersion, thickening agent hydrophobic auxiliary agent and water slurry for second mixing treatment to obtain component A; and (iii) uniformly mixing the component B with component A.
