NOVELTY - The method for producing antibacterial graphene composite melamine resin, involves (1) dissolving polyacrylonitrile in dimethylformamide to obtain solution (A), dissolving polyethylene oxide in a complex solvent of dimethylformamide/dichloromethane to obtain solution (B), mixing solution (A) and solution (B) evenly, adding nano-silver, tetrabutyl titanate and graphene oxide, stirring, adding trifluoroethyl methacrylate and tert-butyl hydroperoxide, heating, stirring, filtering, washing filter cake to obtain modified graphene oxide, (2a) reacting aqueous formaldehyde solution, melamine and hexamethylenetetramine in a reactor under stirring conditions, prepolymerizing, (2b) adding polyethylene glycol, polycondensing to obtain composite melamine formaldehyde resin, (3) stirring modified graphene oxide with composite melamine formaldehyde resin, adjusting pH, reacting to obtain melamine resin prepolymer containing graphene oxide, (4) drying prepolymer, adjusting pH and curing. USE - Method for producing antibacterial graphene composite melamine resin. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene oxide melamine resin composite with improved thermal conductivity, more stable structure, and improved thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - In step (1), the concentration of solution (A) is 4 wt.%, the complex solvent comprises dimethylformamide and dichloromethane in a volume ratio of 1:1, the concentration of solution (B) is 4 wt.%, heating temperature is 60-70 degrees C, stirring time is 1-2 hours, the filter cake is washed with ethanol 2-3 times, In step (2a), the molar ratio of melamine to formaldehyde is 1:2-3, the pH is controlled to 8-8.5, and melamine is prepolymerized with 37% of formaldehyde solution, prepolymerization is carried out at a temperature of 85-105 degrees C for 70-120 minutes, and the mass of hexamethylenetetramine is 4-12% of the mass of melamine. In step (2b), the pH is controlled at 5-6, the mass of polyethylene glycol is 40-60% of the mass of melamine, polyethylene glycol has a molecular weight of 800-1500, and polycondensation is carried out at a temperature of 45-55 degrees C for 80-100 minutes. In step (3), the stirring time is 10-20 minutes, the pH is adjusted to 8-9 with alkaline pH adjuster, and reaction time is 3-4 hours. In step (4), the prepolymer is placed in a vacuum oven and dried at 30 degrees C, the pH is adjusted to 5-6 after removing the water, and cured in an oven at 50 degrees C for 8-9 hours.
