NOVELTY - Preparing bionic multifunctional anti-icing surface comprises (a) adopting vertical deposition method to self assemble the silicon dioxide nano-particles on a glass slide, obtaining colloid crystal with ordered array structure, sintering the glass slide and the prepared colloidal crystal at 350-450 degrees C, reinforcing the tight stacking structure of silicon dioxide nano particles to obtain the colloidal crystal template, (b) filling the polymer solution in the colloidal crystal template, evaporating the solvent to cure the polymer to form inverse opal structure, etching the glass slide and the surface silicon dioxide colloid crystal template overnight using hydrofluoric acid, then obtaining the required self-supporting elastic inverse opal film, and (c) uniformly depositing a lubricating oil on the opal film, placing in a vacuum chamber for 8-5 minutes to completely fill the lubricating oil in the porous structure of the opal film to achieve the purpose of self-lubrication. USE - The method is useful for preparing bionic multifunctional anti-icing surface. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of bionic multifunctional anti-icing surface that overcomes the single function of anti-icing surface e.g. super-hydrophobic surface, and has ice nucleation inhibiting effect, blocking ice crystal growth and reducing ice adhesion, thus has comprehensive multifunctional anti-icing effect.
