NOVELTY - Graphene far infrared heating coating comprises 20-36 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-36 pts. wt. nano cobalt oxide, 10-14 pts. wt. asphalt, 10-14 pts. wt. cordierite, 1-6 pts. wt. nano silver-silicon dioxide core-shell structure, 1-6 pts. wt. black obsidian, 1-6 pts. wt. magnetite, 1-6 pts. wt. mullite, 1-6 pts. wt. tourmaline, 1-6 pts. wt. red mud, 1-6 pts. wt. silica sol, 1-6 pts. wt. Eucalyptus oil, 1-6 pts. wt. alumina sol, 1-6 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, and 1-6 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - Used as graphene far infrared heating coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is environmentally friendly, has far infrared heating ability. The preparation of graphene oxide comprises taking 2 pts. wt. scaly graphite and 1 pts. wt. potassium nitrate, adding 86 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid, taking the obtained mixture in container and placing in cooling ice water bath, keep violent stirring, continuing slow addition of 5 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, obtaining the brown suspension, adding 2-5 wt.% hydrogen peroxide solution, obtaining yellow light suspension, then using deionized water and ethyl alcohol respectively for washing suspension, using graphene oxide, dispersing to extract liquid of nightshade, mixing for 2.5 hours at 86 degrees C, stirring, obtaining modified graphene oxide.
