NOVELTY - The lamp has a base (1) provided with threaded holes and fixedly connected to a ground by bolts. A first light pole (2) is fixedly installed at a center position of the upper surface of the base. A battery (7) is installed at an inner bottom end of the first light pole. An upper surface of a support plate (8) is equipped with a charge and discharge controller (9). A supporting device (5) includes a rectangular mounting plate. A pair of rotating units (606) are provided in a casing (602) on both sides of a machine. The battery releases power through the charge and discharge controller through an external control box to provide power to LED lamp beads. USE - Heat dissipation function featured smart street lamp. ADVANTAGE - The lamp is convenient to operate and maintain, and has high maintenance efficiency, and improves radiating performance of a street lamp and increases graphene coating to enhance radiating ability so as to improve LED lamp bead radiating ability.
