NOVELTY - A thermal interface material comprises several sheets of graphene paper (16) bonded together using bonding agent (22). The sheets are oriented parallel to each other. USE - Interface material is used for thermal management system (claimed) for computer server, avionic system, medical imaging system such as computed tomography (CT) system, ultrasound system, X-ray system or MRI system and energy conversion device such as thermoelectric generator, solar cell, etc. Can also be used in radiator, heat sink coating for computer, heat exchanger coating for gas/steam turbine, conformal coating on chip or device for removing heat from regions of high current or areas of peak field, conformal coating on radio frequency (RF) device, power device, high power LED, laser, etc, coating on power overlay module, large area coating for high thermal uniformity on reactor susceptor, such as metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) and molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems, and large area coating for high thermal uniformity around engine. ADVANTAGE - The interface material has excellent thermal conductivity.
