NOVELTY - Preparing lightweight high-strength graphene-reinforced carbon fiber involves subjecting graphene powder to mechanically peeling graphite through high-pressure fluid shearing, preparing P-graphene by modifying graphene with polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride. The oxygen-containing groups on the surface of carbon fiber is introduced to produce O-carbon fiber. The graphene/carbon fiber filler is prepared by mixing P-graphene and O-carbon fiber. The graphene/carbon fiber filler and the resin substrate are sequentially formed by blending, melting, injection molding, or hot pressing to obtain lightweight high-strength graphene-reinforced carbon fibers. USE - Method for preparing lightweight high-strength graphene-reinforced carbon fiber.
