NOVELTY - Preparing thiophene selective molybdenum diselenide vertical graphene hybrid membrane involves preparing molybdenum diselenide vertical graphene nano composite material by mixing the graphene oxide and de-ionized water, stirring for 1.5-2.5 hours, then adding hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and stirring for 23- 25 hours to obtain the first mixed solution. The selenium powder and hydrazine hydrate solution are mixed, stirred for 23-25 hours to obtain the second mixed solution. The sodium molybdate (Na2MoO4) with de-ionized water to obtain sodium molybdate (Na2MoO4) solution, and then mixed the first mixed solution and the Na2MoO4 solution, stirred for 5.5-6.5 hours to obtain the third mixed solution. The second mixed solution is dropped into the third mixed solution to obtain the mixture, placed the mixture into a high pressure kettle with 45-55mL polytetrafluoroethylene as lining, reacted for 11-13 hours at 190-210 degrees C, cooled, and centrifuged to obtain black precipitate. USE - Method for preparing thiophene selective molybdenum diselenide vertical graphene hybrid membrane used for separation of thiophene and n-octane mixed solution (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the free volume of the hybrid film and provides more promoting transmission site for the thiophene. The hybrid film is used for separating the mixed solution of thiophene and normal octane, and can reach good separation effect. The polydimethyl siloxane, crosslinking agent and catalyst are dissolved in n-hexane to obtain homogeneous solution, then added the molybdenum selenide vertical graphene nano-composite material to the homogeneous solution to obtain suspension, ultrasonically processed the suspension for 20-40 minutes, filtered, and degassed to obtain the casting solution, where the crosslinking agent is ethyl orthosilicate. The catalyst is dibutyl tinlaurate. The polyvinylidene fluoride micro-filtration membrane is taken as supporting layer, casted the casting solution on the polyvinylidene fluoride micro-filtration membrane, and then placed into the vacuum oven for 7.5-8.5 hours at 55-65 degrees C to obtain the hybrid membrane.
