NOVELTY - Anticorrosive coating process involves chemical vapor deposition apparatus, introducing argon gas for 10 minutes, applying vacuum of 10-20 Torr, introducing hydrogen for 30 minutes, reducing the oxide in the metal surface, adjusting the growth temperature of the quartz tube, introducing methane for 15 minutes, growing the graphene, cutting the carbon source, fast cooling to room temperature, placing in the reaction cavity of the deposition device, depositing the aluminum oxide particles. USE - Anticorrosive coating process for graphene passivation treatment of metal surfaces. ADVANTAGE - Method is simple, thus lowering the manufacturing cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Anticorrosive coating process involves soaking the metal in hydrochloric acid, acetone and ethanol solution, ultrasonic cleaning for 10 minutes, drying in nitrogen environment, removing the surface oxide and impurities, chemical vapor deposition apparatus, introducing argon gas for 10 minutes, applying vacuum of 10-20 Torr, introducing hydrogen for 30 minutes, reducing the oxide in the metal surface, adjusting the growth temperature of the quartz tube, introducing methane for 15 minutes, growing the graphene, cutting the carbon source, fast cooling to room temperature, taking out the sample, placing in the reaction cavity of the deposition device, depositing the aluminum oxide particles.
