▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene conductive ink comprises 20-30 pts. wt. graphene, 40-60 pts. wt. liquid oil, 1-3 pts. wt. gel factor, 10-20 pts. wt. binder, 0.5-2 pts. wt. light curing agent and 1-5 pts. wt. additive. The liquid oil is vegetable oil and/or mineral oil that is liquid at 10-30 degrees C, the gel factor includes plant sterol, lecithin, glycerol tristearate, ethyl cellulose and/or fatty alcohol. USE - Used as graphene conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductive ink significantly improves dispersion and stability of graphene in the final conductive ink, and is environmentally-friendly, harmless to the environment and human health, and has better printing adaptability in gravure printing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene conductive ink, comprising (i) adding graphene into liquid oil multiple times, dispersing graphene under both ultrasonic and magnetic stirring conditions, heating, adding gel factor, keeping the temperature constant, using ultrasonic and magnetic stirring under high-speed shear conditions, lowering and cooling the temperature to form oil gel, (ii) heating the oil gel under the condition of magnetic stirring, adding binder, light curing agent and auxiliary agent in sequence, mixing, grinding, and cooling; and (2) RFID tag, comprising the graphene conductive ink, and/or the graphene conductive ink.
