NOVELTY - A mortar comprises 300-400 pts. wt. cement, 620-820 pts. wt. fine aggregate, 40-80 pts. wt. fly ash, 15-60 pts. wt. acrylic acid emulsion polymer, 15-60 pts. wt. vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 2-5 pts. wt. polyethylene fibers, 4-10 pts. wt. basalt fibers, 1.5-6 pts. wt. aqueous solution of graphene oxide, 1-4 pts. wt. water reducer, and 150-250 pts. wt. water USE - Mortar is used for airport assembly type runway slurry technology. Can also be used in construction of airport facilities, and peace and stability in western part of border. ADVANTAGE - The mortar has long working time, good volume stability, good static and dynamic mechanical property, high bonding characteristics, high compressive and anti-bending strength, good impact resistance and vibration damping performance, and high bonding strength of mortar, and is suitable for airport assembly type track grouting technology.
