NOVELTY - An electrode structure, has a collector (10); a safety coating (1), coated on one end of the current collector; and an insulating layer (2) coated on the other end of the current collector. The safety coating and the insulating layer are respectively provided with a first thinning area (11) and a second thinning area (21) at opposite ends of the current collector in the length direction. The second thinned area overlaps the first thinned area. USE - Electrode structure of a lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating structure of the electrode structure can improve the safety performance of the electric core.
