NOVELTY - Preparation method of Pickering emulsion with glucose response function involves heat-treating mixed system of graphene oxide, triethylamine and acryloyl chloride at 45-50°C, where the ratio of graphene oxide and acryloyl chloride is (0.5-1.5) g:(0.2-0.7) ml, purifying the precipitate to obtain propylene-based graphene oxide, dispersing the mixed system in propenyl graphene oxide, 3-acrylamidophenylboronic acid, acrylamide and N,N'-dimethylacrylamide under action of initiator, cross-linking agent and surfactant for free radical polymerization, where the ratio of 3-acrylamidophenylboronic acid, acrylamide, N,N'-dimethylacrylamide and acryl-based graphene oxide is (35-40) mg:(80-90) mg:(0.4-0.7) ml:(0.24-0.96) g to obtain reaction solution, dialyzing the reaction solution in deionized water to obtain microgel dispersion, and mixing the microgel dispersion solution and the oil phase in a volume ratio of (3-7):(3-7) under shear process. USE - The method is useful for preparation of Pickering emulsion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: the Pickering emulsion with glucose responsive function, obtained by the preparation method; method for preparing a drug-loaded Pickering emulsion with glucose response function, involves dispersing the hypoglycemic drug in the oil phase in a ratio of 1 mg:(3-7) ml, obtaining the mixed solution, dispersing the mixed solution and the microgel dispersion solution in a ratio of (3-7):(3-7), and shearing at 10000-14000 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 5-10 minutes; and drug-loaded Pickering emulsion with glucose response function, obtained by the preparation method.
