NOVELTY - Graphene-modified fluororesin comprises 100 pts. wt. fluoropolymer dispersion, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. fluorosurfactant, 1-7 pts. wt. molding agent, 1-3 pts. wt. synergistic molding agent and 80-120 pts. wt. water. USE - The graphene-modified fluororesin is useful for preparing pipe body, piston ring, gasket, hollow fiber or anticorrosive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified fluororesin: improves degree of binding and uniform distribution of fluoropolymers and grapheme; has a large specific surface area, excellent thermal stability, strong toughness, high impact strength, excellent antistatic effect, more resistant to degradation, greatly extending the service life of graphene modified fluororesin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-modified fluororesin comprising (i) taking fluoropolymer dispersion liquid, a graphene dispersion liquid, a fluorosurfactant, a molding agent, a synergistic molding agent, and water, (ii) adding a fluoropolymer dispersion liquid, a graphene dispersion liquid and a fluorosurfactant to the water, and stirring well to obtain blend liquid, and (iii) adding molding agent and a synergistic molding agent to the blend obtained in the step (ii), stirring at 230-260 degrees C and boiling for 10-40 minutes, and spray drying to powder to obtain graphene-modified fluorine Resin.
