NOVELTY - A high-heat-dissipation light-emitting-diode bulb assembly has lampshade, light-emitting-diode lighting component, aluminum-based printed circuit board, heat sink, power driving module and lamp holder. A heat-radiating coating is provided between thermal pad and aluminum-based printed circuit board. The heat-radiating coating comprises mixed resin, graphene, sodium montmorillonite, polyethylene glycol, nano-silica, fumed silica, flame retardant, modified aromatic amine curing agent, activated mineral powder and Chinese medicine essential oil. USE - High-heat-dissipation light-emitting-diode bulb assembly (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The light-emitting-diode bulb assembly has excellent heat radiating characteristics, negative ion-releasing characteristics, and antibacterial property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-heat-dissipation light-emitting-diode bulb assembly has lampshade, light-emitting-diode lighting component, aluminum-based printed circuit board, heat sink, power driving module and lamp holder. The power driving module is provided within base. The heat sink has a heat conducting plate, hollow thermal conductive column and heat-radiating fins. The lampshade and heat-radiating fins are connected by buckle. The lamp holder is fixed at lower end of radiating fin. A heat-radiating coating is provided between thermal pad and aluminum-based printed circuit board. The hollow thermal conductive column comprises silicon carbide material. Radiating vents are arranged on surface of hollow thermal conductive column. The heat conducting plate and hollow thermal conductive column are arranged in hollow cavity of heat dissipating fin. The radiating grooves are arranged on sidewall of radiating fin. The heat dissipation slot penetrates the sidewall of heat radiating fin. A heat-dissipating paint is uniformly coated on inner wall and outer wall surface of hollow heat-conducting column. The heat-radiating coating comprises 60-75 pts. wt. mixed resin, 5-6.5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-4.5 pts. wt. sodium montmorillonite, 4-6.5 pts. wt. carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex, 1.5-2 pts. wt. silicone methyl branched silicone oil, 0.7-1.2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.7-1.8 pts. wt. n-pentane, 1-2.5 pts. wt. nano-silica, 7-9 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers, 1-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 5.5-7 pts. wt. flame retardant, 4-6 pts. wt. modified aromatic amine curing agent, 15-20 pts. wt. solvent, 0.1-0.15 pt. wt. ceria, 1.5-2 pts. wt. activated mineral powder, and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. Chinese medicine essential oil. The mixed resin comprises phenolic resin and epoxy resin in mass ratio of 2:1-3:1. The polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers have length of 0.01 mm. The flame retardant comprises ammonium polyphosphate, melamine and expanded graphite in mass ratio of 2:1.5:1.3. The solvent comprises diacetone alcohol and butyl ester in mass ratio of 3:1-3:2. The activated mineral powder comprises germanium stone, fluorite, tourmaline and zinc spinel in weight ratio of 2.5:3:3.5:1.7. Wikstroemia indica, 15-20 pts. wt. valerian, 20-25 pts. wt. Bidens, 10-20 pts. wt. Chinese Lobelia, 3-5 pts. wt. vegetables, 3-4 pts. wt. Garcinia multiflora, 1.5-2 pts. wt. Basella alba L, 3-4 pts. wt. fructus liquidambaris, 3-4 pts. wt. Salvia miltiorrhiza, 3-4 pts. wt. flaccid knotweed herb and 5-8 pts. wt. radix stemonae, removing impurities, placing mixture in vacuum oven at -20 degrees C for 2-3 hours, placing mixture in microwave dryer, pretreating at 17 kW for 30-40 minutes, pulverizing mixture with pulverizer to obtain powdered raw material of 60 mesh, extracting powdered raw material with supercritical carbon dioxide extraction device at extraction pressure of 28 MPa, 45 degrees C and carbon dioxide flow of 1100 L/hour for 2 hours, collecting crude oil with separator, placing crude oil in frozen environment at 5 degrees C for 70 minutes, high-speed centrifuging frozen crude oil at 17000 rpm for 25 minutes, removing impurities, placing mixture in vacuum oven at 85 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain volatile oil (b), washing and drying 6-8 pts. wt. indigo, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. hemlock parsley, 1-3 pts. wt. wormwood, 3-5 pts. wt. breaking bowl flower, 1-3 pts. wt. peppermint, 3-5 pts. wt. mountain pepper, 3-4 pts. wt. purslane, 3-4 pts. wt. Ageratum, 3-4 pts. wt. unbracteolated spurge root and 3-4 pts. wt. Artemisia argyi, crushing washed mixture with ultrafine grinder to 30 mesh, adding deionized water, soaking mixture for 5 hours, adding water, soaking raw material such that the content of water is 7 times of raw material, dispersing mixture to obtain traditional Chinese medicine mixture, decocting traditional Chinese medicine mixture at 80 degrees C for 2 hours, collecting distillate, adding ether, extracting mixture, mixing distillate and ether in volume ratio of 2.5:1, taking upper oil phase, adding 0.13-0.2 pt. wt. anhydrous sodium sulfate and drying mixture to obtain volatile oil (c), mixing volatile oil (b) and volatile oil (c) to obtain mixed oil, stirring wheat germ oil, geranium oil, snow lotus essential oil, lemon essential oil and grapefruit essential oil for 45 minutes, maintaining mixture for 30 minutes, filtering and cleaning mixture to obtain Chinese medicine essential oil, mixing traditional Chinese medicine essential oil and mixture (a) in blender at 70-80 degrees C for 15 minutes to obtain premix, putting premix to ball mill, adding ceria, activated mineral powder and modified aromatic amine curing agent, concentrating and grinding at 70-80 degrees C for 4.5 hours and filtering mixture to remove impurities. The mass ratio of mixed oil, wheat germ oil, geranium oil, snow lotus essential oil, lemon essential oil and grapefruit essential oil is 2:0.5:0.5:0.6:0.4:0.5.
