NOVELTY - A rosin sizing agent comprises 50-70 pts. wt. modified rosin resin, 10-20 pts. wt. polymer emulsion, 6-12 pts. wt. ionic liquid, 8-15 pts. wt. surfactant, 5-10 pts. wt. co-emulsifier, 1-5 pts. wt. additive and 100-150 pts. wt. water. USE - Rosin sizing agent used for food contact paper used for food packaging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rosin sizing agent has excellent stability, sizing effect, storage stability, normal temperature placement property, and dispersibility in cold water, high whiteness, and fine granularity, does not layer, float or precipitate easily, is safe and environmentally-friendly, and provides processed paper having excellent mechanical strength, water resistance, and corrosion resistance.
