NOVELTY - The filter has a first insulating layer connected with an upper surface of a silicon substrate, where length and width of the first insulating layer is equal to length and width of the silicon substrate. A silicon plate is fixed on an upper surface of the first insulating layer. A waveguide layer is connected with the silicon plate, where the waveguide layer is provided with a four straight waveguides. A left end of the first straight waveguide is fixed with a left end of the silicon plate. A right end of the first straight waveguide is fixed with a right end of the silicon plate. The fourth straight waveguide is located at a lower part of the silicon plate. An adjusting layer is provided with a second insulating layer. Left and right ends of the second insulating layer are fixed with left and right ends of the first insulating layer. USE - Graphene-silicon waveguide based bandwidth-adjustable optical band pass filter. ADVANTAGE - The filter has lower power consumption and larger bandwidth adjustment range.
