▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing carbon nanotube-graphene hybrid porous preform with designable configuration, comprises (1) adding aminated carbon nano-tube to graphene oxide dispersion liquid, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment; (2) adding nano cellulose solution and nano silica sol into aminated carbon nanotubes-graphene oxide dispersion and ultrasonically dispersing; (3) performing rapid directional freezing treatment on aminated carbon nanotube-graphene oxide composite hydrogel until it is completely solidified; (4) vacuum freeze-drying the composite hydrogel frozen body with directional freezing characteristic; and (5) performing high-temperature reduction and internal pyrolysis carbon deposition treatment on the aminated carbon nanotube-graphene oxide composite aerogel with orientation configuration to obtain carbon nano tube-graphene prefabricated body with specific orientation structure. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon nanotube-graphene hybrid porous preform with designable configuration. ADVANTAGE - The method provides carbon nano tube-graphene hybrid porous prefabricated body with controllable configuration by directional vacuum freeze-drying method, by controlling the preparation process parameter, capable of obtaining good designability of the preform sheet layer, and provides technical base for preparing the carbon nanotube reinforced metal base composite material with the design ability of heat conducting/conducting.
