NOVELTY - Graphene rod preparation device comprises constant temperature heating device (1), silica capillary column (2), solution tank (3), rotary table (4), liquid receiver (5) and insulation plug. The silica capillary column passes through the interior of the constant temperature heating device into solution tank. The rotary table maintains a constant speed rotation state during operation to provide the shear force required to produce graphene-based rods to undertake the liquid receiver for the low-density solution as ethanol, acetone, or a mixture of ethanol/acetone/water or three. USE - Used as graphene rod preparation device. ADVANTAGE - The device has simple structure, convenient operation, low cost and continuous working capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene rod preparation device comprises constant temperature heating device (1), silica capillary column (2), solution tank (3), rotary table (4), liquid receiver (5) and insulation plug. The silica capillary column passes through the interior of the constant temperature heating device into solution tank. The rotary table maintains a constant speed rotation state during operation to provide the shear force required to produce graphene-based rods to undertake the liquid receiver for the low-density solution as ethanol, acetone, or a mixture of ethanol/acetone/water or three. The insulation plug is used to reduce the heating device, reduce energy consumption and improves the internal thermal stability of the thermostatic heating device. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-based rod using the device, comprising (i) synthesizing graphene oxide and preparing into 1-6 mg/ml graphene oxide slurry; (ii) injecting the graphene oxide slurry into the silica capillary column through an external peristaltic pump at 1-5 ml/minute; (iii) adding the graphene oxide slurry through the silica capillary column into the constant temperature heating device, heating and adding into preliminary wet reduced graphene oxide fibers; (iv) injecting the preliminary wet reductive graphene oxide rod into the rotating solution tank containing the low-density solution under external peristaltic pump thrust, making initial wet reductive graphene oxide fibers by the shear force in the constant speed rotation state and obtaining wet reduced graphene oxide rod; and (v) drying the wet reduced graphene oxide rod filter to obtain reduced graphene oxide rod.
