NOVELTY - Preparing graphene hydrophobic oil absorption sponge involves adding graphite oxide into solvent, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain oxidized graphene suspension, where concentration of graphene oxide suspension is 2-10 mg/ml, drying and washing polyurethane sponge with ethanol and pure water for 3-5 times to obtain clean polyurethane sponge. The oxide graphene suspension obtained is placed in single-mouth flask. The hydrazine hydrate reducing agent and clean polyurethane sponge are added in graphene oxide suspension liquid. The suspension liquid is placed into microwave chemical reactor with power of 325 watts, and heated for 30-60 minutes. The polyurethane sponge is added in ultrasonic cleaner for ultrasonic dispersing for 30-60 minutes to increase distribution uniformity of the oxidized graphite alkene reduction. The polyurethane sponge is taken out. USE - Method for preparing graphene hydrophobic oil absorption sponge. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene hydrophobic oil absorption sponge that has large porosity, high oil-absorbing performance and good rebound compressibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The polyurethane sponge surface is washed by pure water to remove excess of graphene, and dried at 80-120 degrees C in oven to dry. The dried polyurethane sponge is added into dimethylsiloxane solution, dipped for 4-7 hours. The residual liquid of polyurethane sponge is wiped off and placed in the oven to dry at 80 degrees C to obtain graphene hydrophobic oil absorption sponge.
