NOVELTY - The component has a grating layer located on a substrate. A graphene film is covered with the grating layer. The substrate, the grating layer, and the graphene film are arranged together to form a micro flow channel. The micro flow channel is filled with biological and chemical solution. The grating layer is provided with a periodic grating structure that is arranged with a strip, where width of the strip is about in 10 nm-500 nm. The periodic grating structure is fixedly arranged with the graphene film. A longitudinal section of the periodic grating structure is formed as a step-shaped structure. USE - Graphene plasma exciting component for enhancing an infrared signal. ADVANTAGE - The component has wide application range, and improves trace gas detecting accuracy in an effective manner.
