▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Immunobiosensor comprises a graphene-modified layer, a Prussian blue precipitation layer and a porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) monoclonal antibody layer which are sequentially arranged on the surface of an electrode substrate from bottom to top. USE - The biosensor is useful for detecting PEDV (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biosensor provides rapid detection of PEDV in non-laboratory settings and on-site detection of livestock farm.
