NOVELTY - A vertical graphene-loaded carbon nanotube composite electrode material preparing method involves utilizing a radio frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition technique to grow a vertical graphene nanosheet array on the carbon cloth, utilizing a polymerization reaction to grow metal organic framework of Zif-67 on the vertical graphene nanosheet array to obtain a vertical graphene-loaded metal organic framework of Zif-67 electrode material, utilizing chemical vapor deposition technology, growing the carbon nanotubes on the vertical graphene-supported metal organic framework of Zif-67 composite electrode material under the atmosphere of melamine providing nitrogen source, hydrogen and argon. USE - Method for preparing vertical graphene-loaded carbon nanotube composite electrode material for use in full-solid zinc-air battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing vertical graphene-loaded carbon nanotube composite electrode material with excellent catalytic performance, electrochemical performance and cycle stability.
