NOVELTY - Graphene electric heating film comprises paper layer, heating body layer, anode, and cathode; the paper layer and heating body layer are closely bonded, the anode and cathode are closely connected in parallel on the edge of the heating body layer, the anode and the cathode are respectively connected and fixed with the wire through the buckle, the external DC power supply is connected with the anode and cathode through wires; the heating body layer includes 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 40-55 pts. wt. water-based fluorocarbon resin, 15-20 pts. wt. conditioning oil, 15-30 pts. wt. diluent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 3-5 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 2-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, and 2-3 pts. wt. adhesion promoter. USE - The graphene electric heating film is useful for electric food heating appliances e.g. microwave oven, induction cooker, rice cooker, and electric water heater. ADVANTAGE - The graphene electric heating film: is simple and easy to preparation, portable, easy to use, and easy to connect and disassemble; has low use cost; can quickly rise temperature to 40-100°C in 1-3 minutes under condition of external power supply of 5-36 V and maintains a stable temperature; can be used in cups, takeaway lunch boxes, pizza and other use fields; and can solves the problem of cold food and poor taste due to cold temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene electric heating film comprising (1) taking the paper layer as the substrate; (2) spraying a one side of paper layer substrate with graphene coating, and drying one side to obtain substrate with graphene layer; (3) introducing anode and cathode, placing copper foil or copper strips as anode and cathodes on opposite sides of heating body layer respectively, the copper foil or copper strip is 3-6 mm away from edge of insulating base material, they are parallel to each other and symmetrically distributed to each other, hot pressing, fixedly connecting the paper layer, heating body layer and electrode together with buckle at end of electrode, connecting and fixing a wire with the anode and cathode through buckle, and external power supply supplies power to graphene electric heating film through the wire; the paper layer is one of waterproof kraft paper, flame-retardant paper, and fire-resistant fiber paper; the heating body layer is graphene electrothermal film slurry coating, and the film thickness is 50-200 μm.
