▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An affinity monolithic column is obtained by functionalizing graphene oxide on the surface of an alkenyl-containing siloxane reagent as catalyst and modification material to form graphene-nanogold composite layer by one-pot polymerization of mercaptosiloxane reagent and additive siloxane reagent and post-column modification of nano-gold, forming organic-inorganic hybrid silica nucleic acid aptamer affinity monolithic column based on gold-bridged interaction of graphene-nanogold composite layer and thiol nucleic acid aptamer bond, and forming an affinity interface of ultrahigh density modified nucleic acid aptamer. USE - Affinity monolithic column used for efficient and specific recognition and isolation of ochratoxin A. ADVANTAGE - The monolithic column has high specific surface area, and modified high density due to usage of nucleic acid aptamer. The modified graphene oxide on the surface can stably and efficiently load the nano gold particles, and avoids the phenomenon of agglomeration of graphene and nano gold particles in the preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the affinity monolithic column, which involves polymerization liquid, buffer solution (A) and buffer solution (B).
