USE - The polypropylene composite material is useful in a fame retardant and a fiber product, packaging material, and appliance manufacturing field. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene composite material ensures excellent mechanical strength and has good flame retardant performance and antibacterial performance, and wider application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: preparation method of polypropylene composite material, comprising heating and melting polypropylene, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene containing grapheme masterbatch at 180-190°C, adding flame retardant, antibacterial agent, and kneading at a speed of 50-80 rpm at 190-220°C for 10-30 minutes, hot pressing at a pressure of 10-12 MPa and a temperature of 190-200°C to obtain the finished product; and flame retardant, which is focused piperazine phosphate and/or sulfonyl bis(ethane 2,1 diyl) bis(diphenylphosphine oxide); the preparation method of the sulfonyl bis(ethane 2,1 diyl)bis(diphenylphosphine oxide) is: adding diphenylphosphine oxide and divinyl sulfone to toluene to obtain a mixed system, heating to 120-150°C, stirring the reaction at a stirring speed of 300-500 rpm for 16-24 hours, filtering with suction to obtain insoluble matter, washing with acetone or ethanol three times, drying at for 6-10 hours to obtain sulfonyl bis(ethane-2,1-diyl)bis(diphenylphosphine oxide); dissolving in ethanol at 300-500 rpm at 40-60°C to form solution I; adding solution I dropwise to 100-300 pts. wt. phosphoric acid, and the precipitated precipitate was suction-filtered, dried at 60-100°C for 16-24 hours to obtain piperazine pyrophosphate; treating piperazine pyrophosphate in a nitrogen atmosphere at 250-300°C for 2-4 hours, and cooled naturally, then washed with water and dried at 60-100°C for 16-24 hours to obtain focused piperazine phosphate.
