▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Gold/reduced graphene oxide-titanium dioxide nanotube array, comprises a surface modified graphene thin film, a nano-gold particle that is distributed on the surface modified graphene thin film, and inner and outer pipe walls. USE - The gold/reduced graphene oxide-titanium dioxide nanotube array is useful as an optical catalytic agent for photocatalytically decomposing organic waste water. ADVANTAGE - The gold/reduced graphene oxide-titanium dioxide nanotube array has improved adsorption capacity and electron conducting ability, wide visible light absorbing area, and increased light electric transforming rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing gold/reduced graphene oxide-titanium dioxide nanotube array comprising dispersing mixed solution of graphite oxide and chloroauric acid in a standard three-electrode system, and passing the solution through the first step electrodeposition to obtain nano-tube array with constant electric potential of 0.8-1.4 V.
