▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method of producing graphene sheets involves preparing a substantially homogeneous mixture comprising graphite crystals and water, centrifuging the mixture so that the size of the graphite crystals remain substantially similar, placing the mixture into a reactor, circulating the mixture in the reactor, applying sonic energy to the reactor, applying electromagnetic energy to the reactor, extracting the mixture and separating the resulting graphene sheets from the mixture. USE - The method is used for producing graphene sheets (claimed) from natural or synthetic graphite crystal. ADVANTAGE - The graphene sheets are highly chemically pure, multilayered, highly crystalline, non-oxidized, nano-sheets having thickness of less than or equal to 3nm, free from physical defects, has superior quality, high length-to-width aspect ratio, excellent thermal and electrical conductivity and other advanced physical properties. The method produces the graphene sheets of industrial volumes at any location, does not use chemical inhibitors, has no unwanted byproducts and is clean, environmentally-friendly and cost-effective. The apparatus is simple, can be easily maintained and is portable, minimizes transportation and production costs and does not break or alter the graphitic sheet or structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an apparatus comprising the reactor, electromagnetic emitters and sonic emitters.
