DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide modified epoxy resin, involves (a) adopting hummers (redox method) method to prepare graphene oxide slurry, (b) diluting the slurry with water to a solid content of 2%, and centrifuging to wash the acid in the slurry, (c) adding the slurry washed with acid solution to dimethylformamide solvent at a ratio of 1:2, (d) moving the mixed liquid to a magnetic stirrer, heating, stirring at 50-60 degrees C, and evaporating water, (e) dripping epoxy resin using a dropper to the mixed liquid, when the mixed liquid and the epoxy resin are mutually soluble without emulsification, adding polyetheramine to the mixed liquid, stopping adding polyetheramine, when the ratio of added polyetheramine to graphene oxide in the mixed liquid reaches to 1:60, stirring, increasing the temperature to 90 degrees C, and leaving the mixture still to react for 24 hours to obtain a dispersion, (f) removing the polyetheramine and solvent in the dispersion using a suction filter, and filtering using a filter paper, where the modified graphene remains on the filter paper, (g) moving the modified graphene to a centrifuge, adding ethanol solvent, centrifuging to wash the modified graphene at 8000 rpm for 4-5 times, and removing the polyetheramine and solvent in the modified graphene, (h) determining the solid content of the slurry, calculating the net weight of the modified graphene based on the solid content, adding the epoxy resin based on the ratio of the net weight to the epoxy resin is 0.5:99.5, and stirring to obtain the mixture, (i) transferring the mixture to a vacuum drying oven, and heating at 120 degrees C for 6 hours to remove excess ethanol solvent from the mixture, and (j) adding the curing agent to the mixture, stirring, pouring into a mold, and curing at 90 degrees C for 3 hours under high temperature.
