NOVELTY - Antistatic finishing of durable polyester fabric involves weighing 40-50 pts. wt. sericin solution, 2-5 pts. wt. chitosan acetic acid solution, 10-15 pts. wt. nano magnesium oxide, 3-8 pts. wt. nano graphene oxide, 3-6 pts. wt. surfactant, 2-5 pts. wt. glutaric dialdehyde solution, 2-5 pts. wt. glutaraldehyde solution and 40-60 pts. wt. de-ionized water. The sericin solution, chitosan acetic acid solution and surfactant are added into the stirrer to stir uniformly to obtain the first finishing liquid. The nano magnesium oxide, nano graphene oxide, glutaraldehyde solution and de-ionized water are added into the dispersing machine uniformly dispersed to obtain second finishing liquid. The fabric is put into 4-6 g/L of sodium hydroxide solution, the reaction temperature is 80-90 degrees C, processed for 30-40 minutes, taking out and water washing and drying to obtain the pre-treated fabric. USE - Method for antistatic finishing of durable terylene fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method enables finishing of durable polyester fabric with excellent antistatic properties and prolonged service life of 17.9-18.9 seconds.
