NOVELTY - Carbon aggregate (200) comprises two connected multi-walled spherical fullerenes and layers of graphene (202) and coating (203), where coating is connected with multi-walled spherical fullerenes (201). USE - Carbon aggregate for produces higher-order carbon substance. ADVANTAGE - The carbon aggregate provides high capacity systems, low cost and improves thermal reactors, and increases yield of the carbon nanoparticles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a mixture comprises a liquid and a multiple of the carbon aggregates; and (2) an ink comprises a multiple of the carbon aggregates, where the ink is a conductive ink; and (3) a method performing carbon aggregate involves flowing a hydrocarbon feedstock process gas into a reaction zone and thermally cracking molecules of the feedstock process gas in the reaction zone; reacting the thermally cracked molecules to form carbon aggregates, each comprising at least two connected multi-walled spherical fullerenes coated in layers of graphene and collecting the carbon aggregates.
