▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Silicon (Si)-yttrium (Y)-co-doped titanium dioxide (TiO2)/graphene oxide composite self-cleaning film comprises 0.5-1.5 wt.% Y, 30 wt.% Si, and 3 wt.% graphene oxide. USE - Silicon-yttrium-co-doped titanium dioxide/graphene oxide composite self-cleaning film. ADVANTAGE - The film has simple and convenient preparation, and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of Si-Y-co-doped TiO2/graphene oxide composite self-cleaning film comprising adding solution (i) comprising 1.19 g tetrabutyl titanate, 0.312 g ethyl orthosilicate and 0.01-0.029 g yttrium nitrate and 1 mg/mL graphene oxide per 100 mL into mixture of anhydrous ethanol, water, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, acetylacetone and glycerol having 4:1:3:0.5:1 volume ratio, stirring mixture for 5-30min until transparent, adding 100 mL concentrated hydrochloric acid per 100 mL of obtained solution, mixing acetylacetone and precursor solution at 20:1 volume ratio, mixing further for 5-30 minutes until transparent, coating mixture in substrate previously washed with detergent and ethanol, drying at 150-200 degrees C for 0.5 hour 5-15 times, and calcining at 450 degrees C for 1 hour.
